I then asked her where to swipe my card for the TR race, and she pointed me in the right direction. First, she told me the coupon I had for the buffets could be brought directly there and redeemed. The woman at Total Rewards was wonderful. We followed the signs and arrived on the gaming floor. In the end, I didn't use this voucher, I will use it on a future trip as it expires in November. I had a coupon for two free buffets as well, and didn't know where to go to redeem it for a voucher. As we have never been to this property before, it took some time to figure things out. The first thing I wanted to do, was to swipe my card for the total rewards race. Once we arrived to Harrah's, we went to the desk and each received two $20.00 vouchers that could be placed directly into the slots/video poker machines.
We had unlimited beverages (non alcoholic), cheese, crackers, meats, and chips served to us on the bus. My husband & I each paid $20.00 for the trip. This trip was through Harrah's and VIP Gambling Tours. We boarded the most wonderful bus I've ever traveled on! Captains chairs, a bathroom with a sink (running water), a small kitchen and a booth seating in the back. We drove to a park & ride off of rte 33 on Wm Penn Highway. My husband and I took advantage of a short trip to Harrah's Philadelphia on 9/28/12.
